Billing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan doesn’t ask for a card. You only add one when you choose Starter or Pro.
Does Converbold take a cut of my deposits?
Customers pay through your own Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe connection, so that provider’s normal processing fee applies. Your plan price covers Converbold.
What happens if I go over my bookings for the month?
Your existing bookings stay as they are. Your booking page stops taking new online bookings until the next month or until you upgrade, and asks customers to contact you directly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your bookings and customers stay.
Why are prices different in my country?
We set prices for what businesses in each region can reasonably pay, in a currency they use. You’re billed for the country your business is registered in.
